Checking notification settings to ensure Infusionist's notifications will function correctly
Solving notification issues:
Often when users are not receiving notifications, their notification settings may be altered in their Settings app.
Open the iPhone’s System Settings application.
Navigate to the ‘Notifications’ page selector.
On the Notifications page, you can scroll to find and select ‘Infusionist’.
On the Infusionist Notifications page, you can now ensure ‘Allow Notifications’ is turned ON. You can then change banner/lock screen notification preferences. We recommend you have these all to ON. Banner Style works best on ‘PERSISTENT’ so that you may reduce your chances of missing a notification.
